# Permanently Delete a Subscriber Record

### An Important Warning!

This process is not reversable. Performing this action will permanently remove all existence, including logs, of a subscriber. The subscriber's information will not be able to be recovered. This should only be used in the event of unrecoverable system errors or in response to data privacy requests.

### How to Delete a Subscriber Record

As a Network Administrator, click on Support->Delete Subscriber. Enter the e-mail address of the subscriber you want to delete, and follow the on screen prompts. This deletion may take several minutes to process throughout the large VAULT database.
