Permanently Delete a Subscriber Record

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to view permanently delete a Subscriber record in VAULT.

An Important Warning!

This process is not reversable. Performing this action will permanently remove all existence, including logs, of a subscriber. The subscriber's information will not be able to be recovered. This should only be used in the event of unrecoverable system errors or in response to data privacy requests.

How to Delete a Subscriber Record

As a Network Administrator, click on Support->Delete Subscriber. Enter the e-mail address of the subscriber you want to delete, and follow the on screen prompts. This deletion may take several minutes to process throughout the large VAULT database.
