Gateway Errors and Pending Changes

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to view Gateway Errors and Pending VLAN Changes.

Equipment Error Logs

You can view individual equipment logs by navigating to that specific equipment's logs within the Venue Details page.

Alternatively, you can view a single log of all errors across all equipment at all Venues from your Network Operator Console->Support->Equipment Error Logs.

Pending VLAN Changes

You can view a list of all VLAN changes across all of your sites from your Network Operator Console->Support->Pending Gateway VLAN Disable or Enable.
