# View and Modify Subscriber Details

Once a subscriber has been added to VAULT, you may view their subscriber details in order to retrieve information or make changes to their subscription.

### How to Find a Subscriber and Subscription in VAULT

There are a number of ways to view a subscriber's details. The quickest option is to use the [Quick Search](/venue-administrator-console/venue-administrator-dashboard/quick-search.md) feature near the top of the dashboard to search for the subscriber. Once you have found them, click on the subscriber to view their details.

### How to Modify a Subscriber

Once you've found the subscriber and opened the subscriber details page, you may edit any value that is not greyed out. To save your edits, click the button that says, "Modify Resident." For an explanation of each value, refer to the [Add Subscribers ](/network-administrator-console/managing-your-subscribers/add-subscribers-to-a-venue.md#how-to-use-the-subscriber-upload-template)page of the Knowledge Base.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.roamingiq.com/venue-administrator-console/managing-your-subscribers/view-and-modify-subscriber-details.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
