Support

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use Support options in VAULT.

Some or all of the support features may not be enabled depending on your Network Operator's configuration. To view your support options from your Venue Administrator Dashboard, click "Support."

New Support Ticket

Click here to submit a support ticket to your network operator

View Equip Up/Down

This displays the status of core equipment at your venue. The status can also be viewed in the Support Summary section of the dashboard.

Signal Levels

This displays the Wi-Fi signal strength, or RSSI, as reported by your Wi-Fi controller.

Bandwidth Usage

This displays the bandwidth usage for each unit at your venue on the selected date. You may click "Export" to export this data to a CSV file.

FAQs

This displays an FAQ for connecting devices to the network.
