New Customer Onboarding

This page describes the onboarding process for new VAULT customers.

Congratulations on choosing VAULT! We're excited to have you join our expanding community of valued customers. To get your environment set up smoothly, we'll need to coordinate some essential details together. Your dedicated VAULT Account Manager will guide you through this process.

Information We Need From You

To create your custom environment, please gather the following required information.

Required For All Customers

Required For User Interface Customers

  1. Branding Guidelines

  2. Terms and Conditions - These are the terms and conditions your customers will agree to during sign-up.

Once we receive the above information, the VAULT team will create your custom environment. Upon completion, your environment can be deployed; however, we recommend proceeding through the next steps as soon as possible.

Advanced Configuration

  1. Custom URL/DNS setup for wifi.customer.com

    1. Once you provide us with your desired URL, we will provide an SSL certificate validation, DKIM validation, and UI entry. You'll need to enter these values into your DNS.

  2. Custom e-mail server setup. This is the E-mail address from which users will receive service-based communications. The emails will be built in our E-mail Templates section.

    1. AWS will send an e-mail on RoamingiQ's behalf to the e-mail address you previously provided.

    2. You'll need to follow the steps outlined in the e-mail, click the link within 24 hours, and authorize our environment to send e-mails on behalf of that e-mail address.

Other Information

For network operators who intend to take advantage of SMS Sign Up or the Shopping Cart, the RoamingiQ team will need to take additional steps to set up SMS features. This process can take up to 30 days due to submissions and approvals required to AWS. Please note, this process cannot start until the Advanced Configuration Steps above are complete.
