# View Venue Bandwidth

If you have properly [configured the accounting server](/network-equipment/access-point-configuration-guides.md) on your wireless controller, VAULT will receive and capture bandwidth data for your Venues.

### How to View Venue Bandwidth Data

From the [Venue Details](/network-administrator-console/managing-your-venues/view-and-modify-venue-details.md#how-to-open-venue-details) page, select the "Bandwidth" tab. Enter the date of bandwidth data you wish to see, and select a Usage Unit for the output. Then select "Get Bandwidth Usage." You may also click "Export" to export the data to a CSV.

Venue-level bandwidth data is received from your [wireless controller](/network-equipment/access-point-configuration-guides.md). VAULT is only able to display bandwidth data for one day at a time. Advanced Network Monitoring Software, such as PRTG, SolarWinds, and Zabbix, are available for more advanced reporting.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.roamingiq.com/network-administrator-console/managing-your-venues/view-venue-bandwidth.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
