Here is a step-by-step guide on how to configure RealPage in VAULT.

What Does RealPage Integration Do?
When a Venue is linked to RealPage in VAULT, VAULT will automatically add units and subscribers to the Venue. This removes the need for administrators to add subscribers to VAULT.
How Do I Enable RealPage
The process to enable RealPage support is a two step process.
Your VAULT Account Manager will add the appropriate API Keys to your Network Operator Environment
When creating or modifying a Venue, you'll need to connect that Venue to RealPage.
How Do I Configure Unit VLANs When VAULT is Adding Units From RealPage?
VAULT will automatically assign a VLAN to a unit from the available Resident Devices VLAN range according to the Venue profile. It is required to allow VAULT to generate the unit list from RealPage in order to ensure data accuracy. Once the unit list is generated, Network Administrators may export their unit list, make modifications to the VLANs, and then re-upload the unit list. Because the Unit IDs will be unchanged, VAULT will update the VLAN assignments as requested.

What Are Limitations With RealPage?
VAULT does not presently support RealPage integration for properties using the VAULT Shopping Cart.
In order for VAULT to automatically add subscribers, VAULT must also automatically add units. This is to ensure that VAULT will always have the unit available for a subscriber.
VAULT will only add a subscriber using the "Head of Household" according to RealPage.
Venue Administrators and Network Administrators are not able to delete subscriptions that have synced with RealPage.
Overlapping Subscriptions are not supported for RealPage connected properties.
Can I Override the RealPage Sync?
Somewhat. You are able to do the following functions with a Venue that syncs units and subscribers.
Add a Unit - You may add a unit outside of the RealPage sync. That unit will require any subscribers to be manually added as the unit you create cannot sync with RealPage.
Add a subscriber - You may add a subscriber to a RealPage synced unit or a manually added unit.
Other functions may work, such as deleting a unit and moving a subscriber from one unit to the other, but those changes may be undone upon the next RealPage sync.
