Here is a step-by-step guide on how to add Network Administrators to VAULT.

Network Administrators have access to the Network Operator Console for your VAULT environment.
There are four different Network Administrator Roles.
Domain Administrator: These are Super Admins for VAULT with full access to Network Operator Settings.
SIEM Administrator: These users receive security, incident, and event management notifications.
Account Manager: These users receive Venue Administrator access to all Venues in your environment.
Customer Support: These users have access to Manage Subscribers in the Network Operator Console. They are not be able to modify Network Operator Settings or Venue Settings, but can see see the information.
The Network Administrator will receive an e-mail now inviting them to create their account.
Navigate to your list of administrators through step 4 in the walkthrough above. From here, scroll through your list of administrators, and click "Delete" in the corresponding row. A confirmation window will appear. Click "Confirm" to remove the administrator.
