# Network Administrators

### What Are Network Administrators

Network Administrators have access to the Network Operator Console for your VAULT environment.

### Network Administrator Roles

There are four different Network Administrator Roles.

1. Domain Administrator: These are Super Admins for VAULT with full access to [Network Operator Settings](https://docs.roamingiq.com/network-administrator-console/network-operator-settings).
2. SIEM Administrator: These users receive event management notifications. Urgent Note: This role is not liked to VAULT's automated incident management system, described in [this page.](https://docs.roamingiq.com/getting-started/system-status-and-notifications) These two services must be maintained completely separate, in order to ensure communications are processed properly. A SIEM Administrator will receive internal system notifications, such as gateway configuration failures.
3. Account Manager: These users receive [Venue Administrator](https://docs.roamingiq.com/venue-administrator-console/venue-administrator-console-introduction) access to all Venues in your environment.
4. Customer Support: These users have access to [Manage Subscribers](https://docs.roamingiq.com/network-administrator-console/managing-your-subscribers) in the Network Operator Console. They are not be able to modify [Network Operator Settings](https://docs.roamingiq.com/network-administrator-console/network-operator-settings) or [Venue Settings](https://docs.roamingiq.com/network-administrator-console/managing-your-venues), but can see see the information.
