Venue Details/General Information

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to enter the General Information for a Venue.

When creating a new Venue, VAULT requests basic information about the Venue, including its location and contact information, as well as more advanced configuration options.

General Information

Venue Name: This is the name of the Venue that subscribers and administrators will see.

Venue Type: This is the type of service you are offering at the venue.

  • Wi-Fi and Wired Access: Select this if subscribers will have Wi-Fi and Wired access provided by the Network Operator.

  • Wired Access Only: Select this if subscribers will only have wired access, such as in a Bring Your Own Device deployment.

Property Management Group: Select the Property Management Group for this Venue.

Address Information: Provide the physical address for the Venue. If the venue has multiple addresses, that's okay. We will take care of that when we add units. This address should be the primary address of the venue.

Primary Contact: This is the main point of contact for the venue. This will be used for support purposes.

Property Support Information: This is the support contact for the venue that may appear in your e-mail communications. VAULT allows each Venue to have unique support contacts that are different than your Network Operator Support contact.
