Here is a step-by-step guide on how to enter the General Information for a Venue.

When creating a new Venue, VAULT requests basic information about the Venue, including its location and contact information, as well as more advanced configuration options.

General Information

Venue Name: This is the name of the Venue that subscribers and administrators will see.

Venue Type: This is the type of service you are offering at the venue.

  • Wi-Fi and Wired Access: Select this if subscribers will have Wi-Fi and Wired access provided by the Network Operator.

  • Wired Access Only: Select this if subscribers will only have wired access, such as in a Bring Your Own Device deployment.

: Select the Property Management Group for this Venue.

Address Information: Provide the physical address for the Venue. If the venue has multiple addresses, that's okay. We will take care of that when we This address should be the primary address of the venue.
