# Service Status

### What is the Service Status

The Service Status is a quick view of the status of units across your property.

#### Assigned Units

This provides a count of your total units with a subscriber assigned to them. You can click on the count and view a list of these units and their assigned subscriber. Further, you may click on a subscriber to [view and modify subscriber details.](/venue-administrator-console/managing-your-subscribers/view-and-modify-subscriber-details.md)

#### Unassigned Units

This provides a count of your total units without a subscriber assigned to them. You can click on the count and view a list of these units.

#### Pending AUP Acceptance

This feature provides a count of your total units with assigned subscribers who have not completed their account activation and accepted the terms and conditions. By clicking on the count, you can access a list of these units along with their assigned subscribers. Further, you have the option to click "Resend Activation to All" to reissue the activation e-mail to all subscribers on this list.
