# Venue Details/Configuration Options

### Venue E-mail Settings

There are three e-mail configuration settings for each venue.

#### Welcome E-mail Send Advance

Enter the number of hours prior to a subscription start date in which you want subscribers to receive their [welcome e-mail.](/network-administrator-console/network-operator-settings/e-mail-templates.md) A setting of "0" will send welcome e-mails immediately when a subscriber is added. This is the recommended setting.

#### Send email for added subscriptions?

Check this box if you want welcome e-mails to be sent from VAULT for new subscriptions when they are added.

#### Send email for ended subscriptions?

Check this box if you want subscription-ended e-mails to be sent from VAULT for subscriptions when they reach their [service end.](/network-administrator-console/managing-your-subscribers/ending-a-subscription.md)

### Venue VLAN Ranges

There are three VLAN setting ranges to configure in VAULT.

#### Resident Devices VLAN Range

This is the VLAN range available for resident subscriptions. This range should include all VLANs that you [assign to units](/network-administrator-console/creating-a-new-venue/add-venue-units.md) as well as additional VLANs if you intend to support [Overlapping Subscriptions](/network-administrator-console/creating-a-new-venue/overlapping-subscriptions.md). This range will be used to initially assign VLANs to units for [RealPage ](/network-administrator-console/network-operator-settings/property-management-system.md)enabled venues.

#### Guest Devices VLAN Range

This range is not yet in use, but we recommend setting it for a future update. In the future, this range will be used to dynamically assign a VLAN to [Guest Subscriptions](/venue-administrator-console/venue-administrator-dashboard/add-guests.md). Today, Guest VLANs are attached to a dummy unit as part of [adding units ](/network-administrator-console/creating-a-new-venue/add-venue-units.md)to a venue.

#### Roaming Devices VLAN Range

This range is not yet in use, but we recommend setting it for a future update. In the future, this range will be used to dynamically assign a VLAN to a roaming subscription. Today, roaming devices are attached to a dummy unit as part of [adding units](/network-administrator-console/creating-a-new-venue/add-venue-units.md) to a venue.

### Other Venue Settings

#### Allow Overlapping Subscriptions

For information on Overlapping Subscriptions, please visit the dedicated [Overlapping Subscriptions page.](/network-administrator-console/creating-a-new-venue/overlapping-subscriptions.md)

**Enable Broadband Label**

This will enable [FCC Broadband Labels](/network-administrator-console/network-operator-settings/fcc-broadband-labels.md) for the Venue.

**Typical Latency**

This field is used to display the typical latency value within an [FCC broadband label](/network-administrator-console/network-operator-settings/fcc-broadband-labels.md).

Display Option ID

This field is used to determine the [Display Option](/network-administrator-console/network-operator-settings/display-options.md) that is used for branding purposes for Subscribers and Venue Administrators
